This modern villa accommodates up to 10 guests with five beautifully decorated bedrooms-two doubles and three twins-each with en-suite shower rooms and direct access to the terraces. An additional shower room and an external WC near the pool provide extra convenience. Air conditioning and heating are included in all bedrooms.
The open-plan living area is spacious and bright, with comfortable furnishings, wide sliding patio doors, and a social ambiance. The modern kitchen includes an island, breakfast bar, and wine fridge, while a utility space with laundry facilities ensures all practical needs are met. Outdoor areas feature a large terrace surrounding the pool, two covered terrace areas for shade and al fresco dining, and an astroturf area with a 4-hole putting green. A portable BBQ allows for delicious outdoor meals.
The villa offers a private entrance gate and an electronic carport gate with parking for up to two cars. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spacious, clean, stylish-this place had it all. Each bedroom opened to the outside, which gave everyone their own little bit of privacy. The marina nearby had loads of great restaurants too. We’d love to come back!

The putting green was a hit!
Honestly, we didn’t expect to use the putting green as much as we did, but it ended up being everyone’s favorite hangout. The pool was fantastic, especially with the heating. We felt relaxed and at home the entire stay.

Loved the modern layout
The open-plan living and kitchen area was stunning-super light and airy. We had a lot of fun using the wine fridge and cooking together. The location was also great for exploring the area. Playa Dorada Beach is just a short walk away!

Ideal for families and friends
This villa is great for group holidays. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made things so easy. The outdoor space is amazing-tons of room to relax and hang out. We spent most of our time outside by the pool or having dinner on the terrace.

Fabulous villa in a perfect location!
We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. The pool was warm, the putting green was a fun bonus, and we could walk to the marina in minutes. Plenty of space for our group of 10, and the villa had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
