Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the villa was amazing! We were celebrating Lisa’s birthday, and the villa made it extra special. The team helped with organizing a surprise BBQ on the terrace, and everything was perfect. The pool was spotless, and we enjoyed the beautiful Lanzarote sun all day long. The bedrooms were comfy, and the bathrooms were luxurious-especially the master suite with that gorgeous bath. We also made use of the concierge service, which was excellent. They gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Will definitely be back!

Couldn’t Have Asked for More!
This was my second time staying at a property with this agency, and once again, they did not disappoint. This hideaway is fantastic! The interior is so stylish, and the open-plan living area was perfect for our group. The pool is absolutely stunning, and I spent a lot of time just lounging in it. The games room was a nice bonus-we played pool and watched movies after a long day of exploring. The team made everything so easy for us, from booking to offering tips on what to see around Playa Blanca. We also got a great deal, so all in all, an unforgettable trip!

Total Relaxation & Luxury
What a gem! This elegant home truly lives up to its name. The location was perfect-close to the beach and marina, but also quiet and peaceful. The private pool was the highlight of our stay, with its unique design and built-in sunbeds. Every evening, we had dinner in the alfresco dining area, which was just beautiful. Thanks to the team for making our stay so easy; they even helped us with last-minute dinner reservations at a local restaurant. I can't wait to return. 10/10!

A Perfect Family Getaway
We had a fantastic time at this hideaway. It was the perfect spot for a family vacation. The kids loved the pool and the games room (the PlayStation was a hit!), while we enjoyed relaxing in the sun on the comfy sunbeds. The villa itself is gorgeous-lots of space and very clean. The bedrooms were so comfy, and having en-suite bathrooms was a big bonus. The concierge service was really helpful in sorting out our airport transfers, and we even got a nice discount! Definitely a place we'd come back to.

Just WOW! This luxury retreat is everything and more!
We stayed at a home away from home with another couple for a week, and WOW, what a place! The villa is so modern and spacious, and it really felt like a home away from home. We spent a lot of time by the pool-it’s huge, and the built-in sunbeds are such a cool touch. The location was perfect too; just a short walk to Marina Rubicón, and we loved checking out the local restaurants. Big thanks to the concierge for helping us book a couple of activities and providing us with great tips. Highly recommend this villa!
