Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this elegant home was a fantastic experience. The villa offers a combination of modern comfort and traditional charm, with stunning valley views. We loved the open-plan design and well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom having its en-suite was a convenience. The outdoor space with a pool and barbecue was perfect for relaxation, and the table tennis provided hours of fun. A delightful stroll to Pollensa's center made it the best of both worlds.

What a wonderful place
The accommodation was terrific and the location was great as well. We spent a lot of time in the pool and out and about in restaurants near by. We hope to be back soon! I must apologize to Ana about the lateness of our review. I thought my wife wrote one and she thought I did the same. You guys are fantastic!

We spent two weeks at this holiday home in July, with another 6 people. Luxury
From the first blip of the electronic door control all the way to the master bedroom the reveal on this villa just got better and better. Tucked away on the edge of the old town this is not in another tourist enclave. You get a sense of being in the Spanish community. Easy walking into the town to pick up groceries and lots to explore. The lovely Ana was very welcoming, wonderfully helpful and gave us ideas for things to do and places to visit. Would definitely recommend.

Perfection
The villa was amazing, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal, a short walk to the old town of Pollenca, full of charm and character. The Sunday market is well worth a visit. If you don't want to drive, there is a small grocery shop within walking distance. The taxi company recommended in the information pack offered an excellent service. The beaches are a short drive away if you can drag the family away from the villa. We meet several members from the travel agency team, Ana and Jane, both lovely ladies. They were very helpful and attentive when we had a few little glitches! Many thanks, we will be back!!

amazing holiday
The team were very professional, villa was immaculate and as described and we particularly liked the personal touches including a visit by Ana. Pollensa was beautiful and it was nice to enjoy a scenic walk in and out each evening. Also enjoyed the lunch take out service at nearby son brull, which was surprisingly good value considering it's the best hotel in the area. Couldn't recommend prestige highly enough.
