The villa features a fantastic garden with multiple private spots, including a Balinese bed, where guests can relax and enjoy the views. The large pool measures 14 x 4.5m, with a minimum depth of 1.2m and a maximum depth of 2.2m. The layout has been carefully designed with open spaces to enhance natural light and the spectacular views. Air conditioning is available in the upper bedrooms, and the villa benefits from a constant sea breeze due to its elevated position and numerous windows. Due to the size and partially steep slopes of the garden, this property may not be suitable for families with small children or toddlers. The twin bedroom on the main floor includes full-size bunk beds and an exterior shower room.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Fantastic stay with top service
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The concierge team was amazing-they helped us with restaurant reservations and even arranged a private wine tour. The welcome pack was a thoughtful touch, and everything in the villa was spotless. The pool and outdoor dining area were perfect for relaxing evenings. Would love to come back!

Breathtaking views!
The views from this elegant home were absolutely stunning! Waking up to see the three bays every morning was unforgettable. The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The pool was spotless, and we loved relaxing in the Balinese bed in the garden. Highly recommend for a peaceful escape!

The welcome pack was fantastic, and just what we needed after a late arrival. This villa has everything you need, it is very well equipped, you really don't want for anything. It is beautiful, immaculate, and spotlessly clean. It is very spacious, and very secure.The pool is fantastic and is a lovely size, the pool area has plenty of room with nice comfy sunbeds .All in all this villa is like home from home, and great value for money. We would love to stay here again, and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone :-) :-)

The best place I have stayed in!
This villa was quite simply the best place I have ever stayed in. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a fantastic holiday. The layout is well thought out making the most of the breathtaking views and to hear the cuckoo each morning made my day! The early morning swim each day in the infinity pool was absolutely brilliant and again the view was amazing. It is truly a tranquil place to be. In my opinion it is a perfect place to go for peace and quiet.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location.
We have been visiting Pollensa as a family for about 5 years and this villa is one of the most perfect to date. With mountainous views from the pool area of the property, the villa was amazing. The staff provided everything you can wish for to have a relaxing time in this holiday home. There are books, cards, table tennis, Sky TV, inflatables, buckets and spades for the kids, brollies for the pool, teapot for a decent cup of tea, water, milk and wine in the fridge - the list is endless! We did not once say "I wish it had ....." The swimming pool was crystal clear, brilliant for lengths or just floating on a lilo listening to the goats bleat. The villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped and just a pleasure to stay in. We would return in a heart beat!
