Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was our second time staying at this hideaway, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! We came for a family celebration, and the villa was the perfect place to enjoy our time together. The views are breathtaking, and the outdoor spaces are so relaxing. We had great support from the agency team, and they helped us arrange a private chef for a special dinner. It’s little touches like that that make the experience so memorable. We’ll definitely be back next year!

A great week at this spacious villa!
We stayed for a week in this home and it was everything we wanted and more. The villa is super stylish with high-end furniture, and the views are just to die for. The outdoor spaces - with multiple terraces - were a real highlight. We spent most of our time by the pool, enjoying the sunshine. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few home-cooked meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable. We were also very happy with the excellent service from the agency, which made everything so easy, from booking to check-out.

Wow, this villa is unreal!
This villa is absolutely gorgeous. The hilltop location gives you stunning views of Pollensa, and the outdoor space is perfect for lounging. We enjoyed the large pool, and the inside was just as impressive - spacious, clean, and really well-equipped. We also loved the fact that it was only a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa. Huge thanks to the agency for making the booking process so smooth. They were really helpful throughout our stay!

Perfect getaway for our family!
We spent a week in this retreat with our kids, and it was the best vacation we’ve had in a long time. The villa was spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. The location is fantastic too - just a short drive from everything. Would definitely come back!

Almost a week after spending a few days at this luxury retreat we are still waxing lyrical about the wonderful time we spent in the idyllic surrounds of tranquility and beauty. Great hospitality in an very original and comfortable surrounding
We were two families and spent two fantastic weeks in this little paradies. The tasteful furnicher of the house, the pool and the garden with its fruits of sweet grapes, (yet green) bananas, tomatoes and different spices made our stay very convenient. In particular we want to mention the great hospitality of the villa staff.....great service. I highly recommend this villa!!!
