Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Such a charming and comfortable home! The kids loved the play area and table tennis, and we enjoyed long evenings on the terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the BBQ area was fantastic. A short drive to Puerto Pollensa made beach trips easy. Would definitely come back!

Great service and beautiful location
From the moment we booked, the agency was super helpful with everything-airport transfers, local tips, and even a welcome pack with snacks and drinks. The villa was spotless, and the layout with the separate Casita was great for our group. We had the best time exploring Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

Perfect family retreat!
This home was just what we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The fenced saltwater pool was a huge plus with kids, and the garden was lovely with citrus trees everywhere. The accommodation itself had so much charm, and we loved the outdoor dining area. Close enough to Pollensa but still very peaceful.

A great vacation
When renting any villa you provided a comfortable stay worry-free. Everything is always the best quality and service. Here you and a private swimming pool with backlight and a spacious terrace with amazing views, and personal parking and satellite TV. A quiet place to spend your holidays in the distance from everyone.If anyone still thinking where to rest in Pollensa, no doubt, feel free to come here.

amazing holiday
This spacious villa is beautiful and just perfect for 2 families. The pool is fantastic, and the living spaces are great. We were trying to think of the negatives, and there really are none! Mallorca is also a great island, we hadn't been before and we'll certainly return (maybe even to this home).
