The main house spans 450 square metres over two floors and includes four bedrooms, each with king-size double beds, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms. The guest house offers two additional bedrooms with air conditioning, sharing a modern bathroom. Two more bedrooms can be made available on request. The main living area is open plan, featuring a fully equipped contemporary kitchen and air-conditioned living spaces. A dedicated gym with resistance machines and free weights is also included, perfect for maintaining your fitness routine during your stay.
The outdoor area boasts a large 10m x 10m square swimming pool, surrounded by loungers and comfy sofas for ultimate relaxation. Elevated on its hilltop position, the property offers sweeping views of the sea and tranquil surroundings. A housekeeper provides daily cleaning services, six days a week, excluding Sunday.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
