Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
If you’re looking for privacy, luxury, and convenience, this is the place. The location is fantastic-peaceful yet close to Ibiza Town and beaches. We loved the massive pool, the outdoor chill-out areas, and the high-end amenities. The staff was discreet but always helpful. Special mention to the concierge for organizing an incredible yacht day for us!

Absolutely fantastic holiday!
We had a lovely stay in this beautifull villa. The house is a perfect hide away with a nice swimming pool, pool beds and a cosy bbq for the relaxing evenings. Everything you need is there. Absolutely fantastic holiday! Thank you Alba for being such a great property manager. The villa is really well kitted out for BBQ's, cooking and chilling out. The area is perfect for families or those wanting to enjoy the quieter side of Ibiza! We will be back next year :-)

Stunningly beautiful and relaxing
My, my what a beautiful property this is. Not only is the location breathtaking but the house is wonderful both inside and outside. The furnishings not only look stunning but are so comfortable and beautifully equipped. I have never slept better! The pool is heated, the views are amazing. Lovely, local restaurants.
