The villa's interior includes a fully equipped kitchen renovated in 2019 with a wine fridge, a separate utility room with washing machine, and a living room with floor-to-ceiling doors opening onto the terrace, garden, and pool. Outdoor amenities include a BBQ, a covered chill-out area with seating, and terraces with direct pool access.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here for a week and split our time between the pool and exploring the island. The master bedroom had a private terrace with such a good view over Las Salinas that I woke up early just to sit outside for a bit. A couple of us ran down to the beach paths in the mornings, while others preferred slow coffees in the chill-out area. Evenings were usually spent cooking together; the BBQ spot was great and the open layout made it easy for everyone to help. Getting around was simple, with Playa den Bossa in one direction and Cala Jondal in the other, so we never felt far from anything. The villa felt secluded but still close to all the good spots, which made our stay really smooth.

Relaxing week with friends
Our group of eight used all four bedrooms and everyone appreciated having their own bathroom or sharing only lightly. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a wine fridge, so we’d buy bottles in town and enjoy them on the terrace after long days exploring Cala Tarida and Salinas. One windy afternoon we stayed in and watched a movie with the doors open toward the pool. The place just felt easy and comfortable, exactly what we wanted.

Great base between beaches and Ibiza Town
The location worked so well for us, halfway between Ibiza Town and San Jose, so getting to dinners or beaches like Es Cavallet was super easy. Bedrooms were comfy, and waking up to those views every morning made the trip even better. We used the BBQ twice and loved eating outside.

Lovely quiet stay with amazing views
We stayed as eight friends and spent most evenings on the terrace watching the sea and lights toward Salinas. The house felt calm and the pool area was where we hung out the most.

Tranquil Retreat

Perfect Holiday to Ibiza
We rented this home for 4 couples. It exceeded expectations! The home had 4 bed and baths - with ample room for everyone.
