The main level features a spacious living and dining area with an open fire, a small interior pool, and an American-style kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Sliding doors provide access to an outdoor barbecue area with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, and covered dining space. Also on this level are the master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, an additional double bedroom, and a full guest bathroom.
Mezzanine - One 3/4 double bedroom, suitable for two guests, providing a cozy and private retreat.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa was worth every cent! We loved the Moroccan-style decor, the huge living spaces, and the fact that we had multiple terraces to enjoy the view. The location was also great-close to supermarkets, beaches, and nightlife but still quiet and peaceful. The team even gave us some great recommendations for beach clubs. Definitely coming back next summer!

Best Holiday Ever!
Honestly, this was one of the best vacations we’ve had! This stylish property is gorgeous, exactly like the pictures. The pool area was my favorite spot-so peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway!
This place was paradise! We were a group of 10, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The bedrooms were stylish and comfortable, and the outdoor BBQ area was great for evening dinners. The villa felt private but was still close to everything. Loved the welcome pack with snacks and drinks-it was a nice touch!

Stunning villa with Amazing Views!
Stayed here with friends for a week, and it was simply incredible! The views over the sea and Formentera were breathtaking, especially at sunset. The villa itself is super spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The split-level pool was a game changer-so much space to relax. Loved that we were close to both the beaches and Ibiza Town. The concierge team was super helpful with restaurant bookings and even arranged a private chef for one night. Already planning our next trip back!

Perfect holidays!
I felt in love with this villa when I saw it for the first time.. and I was sure that I have to come back. This May we came for 1 week stay at this villa and it was just perfect!!! amazing view, modern interior and so many cosy details in the same time, absolutely fabulous disposition...relaxation... Beautifully appointed villa with perfect service
We stayed in July and have wanted to write this review since then but needed to find time. From the start of booking this villa we had great communication with Alba, the property manager. He answered all our questions and reassured us about our stay down to even arranging for his staff to meet us and proceed with the airport transfer and show us how to find the villa on the night we arrived. The place is very nicely done out and we appreciated the extras of coffee machine and Internet access. The villa , garden and pool were kept very well. We found the villa excellent value for money and as a family of 12 we really enjoyed our time there and our holiday in Ibiza. If you are looking for a quiet spot to relax and unwind then this is the place for you.

Lovely villa!
The location was absolutely ideal, just a short distance from Ibiza town and magnificent beaches. Nothing beats relaxing on the spacious sun terrace with a good book.
