Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Magnificent villa with breathtaking views
The pictures really do not do the villa justice - the sunrises and sunsets were amazing, and the facilities were superb for our needs. I would recommend strongly renting bikes as the riding in the area is first class.

Perfect Escape!
The house and the sorrounding premises were wonderful. There is plenty of space and everything is in a perfect condition. We missed nothing and felt just like home right from the beginning. The communication with Alba was very prompt, uncomplicated and reliable. The housekeeper gave us a comprehensive instruction straight after our arrival, which made it very easy for us to get known to the different highlights the property offers.
