Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spent a week at this hideaway for my birthday with family and friends and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The villa is stunning, super clean, and has everything you could need - the heated pool was perfect for our evening swims! The outdoor terrace is beautiful for dining and relaxing, and the jacuzzi was an extra bonus. The agency was so accommodating, and they helped us with everything from airport transfers to a last-minute booking for a beach club. Super grateful for their help. Would 100% recommend this place for any special event!

Lovely family stay
We had an incredible week at the villa! Our family of 9 had plenty of space, and everyone had their own comfy room. The location is ideal - just a short drive to the beach and Puerto Banus, so you’re close to everything. We really appreciated the concierge services - they helped us set up a private chef for a night, and it was amazing. Can’t wait to book again next year. The villa definitely helped make our holiday one to remember.

We were a group of 10 and this villa gave us everything we needed. The place is huge, and every detail is so well thought out. The main living space is really light and airy, perfect for relaxing after a day out in Marbella. The pool was fantastic, and we spent hours lounging around. Great villa, great location!
Stayed at this holiday spot with friends and it was a blast! The villa itself is beautiful, the interior is so stylish, and the bedrooms are all really comfy. Plus, you're only a short walk from Puerto Banus, which is perfect for enjoying the nightlife. The concierge services were really helpful too, especially the bookings for restaurants! Stunning villa in the heart of Marbella!
We had the most amazing time at a home away from home! The villa is super modern and spacious, perfect for our group of 8. The pool area is just gorgeous - we spent most of our time out there. The gym was a nice surprise too, definitely helped burn off all the tapas! The rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight, we couldn't get enough of it. Thanks to the team for making everything so easy for us, especially with the airport transfers. Definitely coming back!
