Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Family Fun at this luxury retreat
Our family reunion at the property was a hit! The 6 bedrooms comfortably accommodated all 14 of us, including the kids. The villa's location, with restaurants and bars within walking distance, made dining out easy. The airport transfers and a well-stocked kitchen made our stay stress-free. Just Amazing Holiday!
The villa was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was equipped with everything you could wish for and the welcome pack we received was amazing. Free airport transfer and free welcome pack was a bonus. The villa was very clean and well maintained and a housekeeper came in every day. We all felt very well looked after and had a wonderful relaxing holiday.

The villa is stunning - just like the photos - and in an incredible location with absolutely beautiful views. It is immaculately clean and and has everything you need for a perfect stay. We felt very privileged to be there, our only wish was we could have stayed longer! We loved the peacefulness of Nueva Andalucia. Lonja. Highlights of our stay included a walk to Puerto Banus marina, all local beaches. We would love to come back!

Incredible vacation in Marbella
Alba is AMAZING! She was such a help with organising local activities from restaurants to transfers. The villa is the most perfect setting with everything that you need and more. Its so close to Puerto Banus, marina, beaches, Marbella, etc that you can get into town easily and then escape to the tranquility of the villa. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Just returned from a five night stay at this villa. Had the time of our lives. The house is truly beautiful and clean. Very spacious. All interest points are near by as restaurants, bars, beach, clubs, etc. Absolutely wonderful and can't wait to return. 10/10
