The villa is accessed via solid drive and pedestrian gates opening into a marble-paved front patio and mature walled garden. The pool area is set to the side with a lawn surround, palm trees, and plant troughs, offering a private space for sunbathing and outdoor enjoyment.
Inside, marble flooring extends throughout the villa, complementing coordinated traditional furnishings. Original drawings and paintings adorn the walls, and large windows allow natural light to fill every room. On the ground floor, heavy double doors open into a spacious hallway leading through an archway to the double-aspect, open-plan lounge and dining area. The lounge features a fireplace and full-width patio doors opening onto a large covered terrace with garden and pool views, furnished for both relaxation and alfresco dining.
The kitchen is accessible from the dining area and includes a small interior patio. Two twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with fitted wardrobes and pool and side garden views. These bedrooms share a marble-finished bathroom.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, a lounge area, and a terrace with sea and mountain views. A further double bedroom has a large open terrace with similar vistas, while a twin bedroom off the landing offers a sizable terrace with pool, garden, and sea views. An additional separate bathroom serves these upper floor bedrooms. Air conditioning and heating are provided throughout the villa.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The property exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we stepped through the gates and were greeted by the mature walled garden and marble-paved patio, we knew we were in for a treat. The interiors are light and airy, adorned with beautiful traditional furnishings and original artworks. The open-plan lounge and dining area, with a cozy fireplace, open onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Our family enjoyed the spacious twin bedrooms and the master bedroom with its en suite bathroom and sea-view terrace. The air conditioning and heating in all rooms made our stay truly comfortable. The proximity to Marbella's golden mile and Puerto Banus added to the villa's appeal. The property is a dream haven we can't wait to return to.

Perfect accommodation for large groups!
I stayed here for my father's 60th birthday along with 8 others. I couldn't fault this villa. A stunning place, the rooms were amazing, so peaceful. A dream property. I'd definitely recommend this to a family for a holiday.

We wish we could stay forever
The house is simply beautiful, perfect in design and position and furnished with the care and attention of a much-loved home. From the moment we entered the front door all three generations of my family fell in love with it, and that was before we saw the view from the pool! The sunsets are amazing, flooding the villa with fabulous light. A short drive away from excellent restaurants and brilliant beaches the villa has something for everyone. We have stayed in different villas for the past ten years and the house is by far the most beautiful, comfortable and downright wonderful - I highly recommend!!!
