The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and terrace access, an open fully equipped kitchen with TV and separate staff access, a TV lounge with Bose sound system, two en-suite double bedrooms, and a guest toilet. One bedroom faces west with a TV, while the other faces south with terrace access to the garden.
On the first floor, the master suite includes a dressing area, fireplace, terrace access, and a bright bathroom with shower and bath. Three additional double bedroom suites, two facing south with terrace access and one facing west, each feature a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two terraces on this floor offer breathtaking views over the garden, pool, beach, and sea.
The basement houses a gym area with TV, sauna, and bathroom with shower, a cosy cinema room with Blu-ray/DVD player and IPTV channels, and a modern bar with acclimatized bodega.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at the house Mille with our extended family, and it was the perfect place to make memories. Each of the six bedrooms was spacious and comfortable, and we all had our own privacy while enjoying the luxurious common spaces. The location near Puerto Banus allowed us to explore the local marina, beaches, and restaurants. An unforgettable experience!

Fabulous villa and beautiful views
Myself and 12 friends spend one week at the villa and my only regret is not spending longer there. The villa was incredible. It had great space, all of the rooms were of a decent size and had great bathrooms either en suite or close to the rooms. The pool was wonderful place for all of us to relax, and the location of the villa was perfect.....beach front villa.....amazing place!!!. Alba was very helpful, offering her knowledge of the area and help with transfers and concierge service.

This retreat Mile is a lovely place to stay and I highly recommend staying here. Perfectly located beachfront villa location in Golden Mile, walking to the port area with all the restaurants and bars. The villa itself is really well looked after and spacious with a nice pool area. All the group (12 people) enjoy the holiday. We in return ensured the property was well looked after. Jason, the caretaker was very handy to be around and was always available when needed. I am sure I will be returning to this villa at some point in the near future. Experience, Space, Hospitality, Facilities, Location = 10/10.

We will be back!!
A wonderful choice! We travelled as a group of 12 for a hen weekend in August. The accommodation was perfect, giving everyone plenty of space and their own ensuite. The property has great outdoor space for relaxing including the beautiful pool, terrace- perfect for sundowner drinks!! The host was very helpful, organised and welcoming ensuring the whole trip ran smoothly. Amazing location; beachfront - amazing!!!!. We hired a private chef and a yacht for one day......was a dream!!!! We will be back!!
