Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent a week in this villa and couldn’t have asked for more. The views of Cadaqués and the sea are absolutely breathtaking from every room. Each bedroom is ensuite, spacious, and has AC which made the stay super comfortable. We used the boathouse every day for kayaking, and the poolside dining was perfect for group meals. Loved how the agency checked in to make sure everything was perfect-they even gave us some insider tips for local restaurants. This place is a dream for families or friends looking to enjoy the Costa Brava in style.

Luxurious villa with everything you need
What a stay! The villa is modern, elegant, and has so many spaces to enjoy-living rooms, poolside, terraces, and even the boathouse. We celebrated a birthday here, and the concierge helped with decorations and planning a sunset dinner. Waking up to the Mediterranean every day felt unreal. Loved that the villa was private yet close to local restaurants and beaches. The agency made everything so easy, from booking to arrival. Can’t recommend it enough!

Stylish home by the sea
This villa totally exceeded our expectations. Huge living spaces, incredible sea views, and a pool that everyone loved. Evenings on the terrace were magical. The kids loved the games and TV room. Booking through the agency was straightforward and they suggested some great local spots we wouldn’t have found otherwise. A perfect mix of fun and relaxation!

Amazing villa for a big group
Stayed here with extended family and it was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, gorgeous pool and terraces, and direct beach access made every day feel special. The staff helped us organize a boat trip which was a highlight. Modern, comfy, and super relaxing-we all left wanting to come back soon!
