Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this retreat was a relaxing retreat. The villa's large pool and mature gardens provided a serene atmosphere. The modern kitchen and outside dining area were perfect for our group. We enjoyed the convenient location with restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

Beautiful modern villa
Just returned from our holiday - 8 of us in total. Upon arrival the agent welcomed us to the house and ensured we had freshly-made beds, clean towels (provided by the villa) and even a welcome hamper including tea, coffee and chocolate digestives, etc. Our rooms were lovely, spacious and flooded with sunlight. The living room was a lovely place for us to chill out in the evening after a long day's activities. We did have a barbecue the first evening there, which was a perfect way to end a long day of travelling.
