Outdoor amenities include a large terrace with sun loungers, shaded sitting and dining areas, and a barbecue. The villa is perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. Linen and towels are provided, with weekly cleaning and sheet changes; additional services are available on request.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our party of 2 families and kids stayed for 2 weeks in this wonderful villa within walking distance of Puerto Banus. The housekeeper was delightful from the moment we arrived, ensuring that we had everything we needed and was on hand throughout our stay should we have needed anything further (which we didn't). The villa itself is immaculate and well furnished; the rooms and terraces are large and spacious. We made good use of the well appointed kitchen and the gas bbq in the garden as the fresh fish from the local supermarket was excellent. The large swimming pool was crystal clear and the tennis court great fun. We walked into Puerto Banus with children aged 7 & 11yrs, it's about a 25min walk into town. The supermarket and local shops are about a 5min drive away. This is a wonderful villa for anyone wanting a luxurious villa within a short distance of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Wonderful views, stunning villa close to Banus
A beautiful villa with a homely feel and spacious rooms for a family get together. Stunning views from the balconies and pool area. We throughly enjoyed our stay and close proximity to beaches, Puerto Banus, supermarkets etc. Gorgeous at night listening to cicadas and ghekos and the lovely birds during the day. Genuinely a lovely villa which now holds some great memories for our family. The pool is beautiful and we even managed a few games of tennis even in the Spsnish heat! The master bedroom has a carpet which is perfect if you have toddlers with you and plenty large enough to accommodate our twins in cot beds and us. A very large kitchen with all utensils you need. Perfect for a group of couples or families. Very close to many golf courses too. Thank you!!!

Absolutely Amazing!!!
What can we say - the villa was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The villa was immaculate, views were stunning, and just a 5 minute taxi ride to the town. Don't really want to shout too much about it as it will get booked up to quick lol - Amazing, beautiful, stunning villa!!!!!

Fabulous Luxury in a perfect setting
Fabulous property in a quiet part of Marbella. Fabulous pool and tennis court and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms very comfortable. Ideal for 2-3 families or a group of friends. Juerma very helpful. Would happily have stayed a month!
