Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We traveled as a big family, and this villa had everything we needed. Plenty of space, beautiful decor, and excellent facilities. The kids loved the pool, while the adults enjoyed the gym and wine cellar. The guest house was perfect for the grandparents, giving them a bit of extra privacy. Would love to return!

The place exceeded our expectations! The house is elegant yet comfortable, with so many fantastic amenities. A dream vacation in Marbella!
We stayed at this spacious villa with a group of friends, and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is stunning, with breathtaking views and so much space. The spa and indoor pool were such a treat, and we loved relaxing on the terraces. The location is great-just a short drive to Puerto Banus. Can’t wait to come back!
