Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa offers four sophisticated bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and some with private terraces. The bathrooms are finished with neutral marble and glass-enclosed showers, while the bedrooms are decorated in crisp whites and soft greys with vintage-style furniture and plush linens. The villa provides ample wardrobe space and comfortable seating areas to create a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.
The open-plan living area features plush sofas, a wall-mounted television, a hessian rug, and large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the patio, bringing in natural light and fresh air. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with a glossy island, modern appliances, mosaic details, and terracotta floors, perfect for preparing meals. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
