Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The property exceeded our expectations for a Marbella getaway. The spacious layout, six comfortable bedrooms, and well-maintained gardens made our stay delightful. We enjoyed leisurely meals in the Spanish gazebo and the nearby vibrant resort of Puerto Banus.

Gorgeous villa, breathtaking view, spacious and welcoming
This villa is absolutely beautiful, and the pictures definitely don't do it justice. The inside is cozy and welcoming, and the outside has a view that will simply take your breath away. Situated close to town and the beach which was extremely convenient. Is ideal for a large group or family. Would definitely recommend this villa and would love to go back!

Great villa, luxury..
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, luxury villa situated in a great location of Marbella. The bedrooms are huge! we were 12 adults. The large pool is great entertainment and also the table tennis table. Very safe and peaceful. We recommend to hire a boat and a chef to prepare the local meals. Great holiday, thanks!
