Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an unforgettable week at this beautiful villa in Nueva Andalucia. The property is even more impressive than the photos - spacious, modern, and perfectly maintained. The views over Las Brisas Golf Course are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The pool and garden were ideal for relaxing afternoons, and the outdoor terrace quickly became our favorite spot for evening drinks. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully equipped - from the air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi to the full SKY TV package. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Puerto Banus and some great restaurants like Conrads and Masala. It’s quiet and private, yet close to everything. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends looking for a stylish and comfortable villa in Marbella. We’ll definitely be returning!

Fabulous week in the accommodation
Just returned from a fabulous week in Nueva Andualucia. The villa fit the bill perfectly, the beautifully presented living accommodation is extremely spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The master bedroom suite is palatial, and along with 2 other bedrooms has direct access to fabulous first floor sun terraces. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on the ground floor; bedroom 4 is beautifully decorated in keeping with the other bedrooms whilst bedroom 5 is more functional with not much room for manoeuvre. However, the main thing for our party was having five ensuite bedrooms, it suited our needs perfectly. The gardens and pool are the icing on the cake with this property, extremely well presented and maintained with plenty of sun loungers, a huge outside table for al fresco dining and a relaxation area with outdoor sofas and coffee tables... perfect for drinks on the terrace!
