Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
What a gem! Perfect for our group of 10 - big comfy rooms, lots of space inside & out, heated pool was a blessing for April weather. Short drive to Puerto Banus, we were out and about every day. Plus, thanks to the concierge who helped us score a table at a local hidden gem for dinner... soooo good.

So peaceful, we didn’t wanna leave
We were 3 couples with kids and the villa fit us perfectly. Everyone had their own space. Loved the chill evenings with wine by the BBQ and watching the sky turn pink. Big thanks to the team for the smooth check-in and tips on local places to eat. Will def book again!
