The villa is a short drive from Moraira beach and its range of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants, making it ideal for families and groups. Upon entering the property, a car port with space for two cars leads to a gate on the left that guides down and around to the front door. An arch on the right of the entrance leads to external stairs up to the second floor, while access to the first-floor balcony is on the left, with steps descending to the pool terrace.
The front door opens into the first-floor hallway. On the left, a spiral staircase leads to the second floor, and to the right, an arch opens to a shower room and a twin bedroom. Beyond the staircase, the fully fitted kitchen overlooks the balcony. An archway from the hallway leads into the dining area, which flows into the lounge. Three sets of patio doors open from the dining area onto the spacious balcony, offering plenty of space to enjoy morning coffee or the summer sun while admiring views over Moraira to Calpe Rock in the distance.
The ground floor bedrooms are accessed via a separate front door from the pool terrace, with no internal connection from the upper levels. From the entrance hall, a double bedroom is on the left and a twin bedroom on the right, both overlooking the pool and sharing a shower room positioned between them.
The second floor is reached by the internal spiral staircase or external steps from the first-floor balcony. At the top of the spiral staircase, a double bedroom features an en suite bathroom. A small hallway provides access to a shower room and a twin bedroom, both leading out to a balcony with stunning views over Moraira and the rock of Calpe.
The pool terrace takes center stage on the ground floor, featuring a free-form pool with Roman steps and surrounding open terrace space for sunbathing or relaxing between dips. A covered terrace includes a large dining table, brick BBQ, fridge freezer, and sink, providing the ideal setting for alfresco meals.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of friends had an unforgettable time at this getaway. The covered terrace with a large dining table, BBQ, and fridge freezer was the heart of our evenings. The external stairs to the second floor added a touch of charm. The pool terrace, surrounded by open space, was the perfect setting for refreshing dips and lazy afternoons. Superb accommodation
Spent one week at the property with 10 friends for my birthday. Everyone thought the accommodation, facilities, location, ideal! Within walking distance of beach, port, and all attractions. An excellent pool and BBQ area, we had 3 BBQs including a paella. A week long party enjoyed by everyone.

Fantastic villa
Lovely large villa which suited our needs of 2 families (6 adults and 4 children) lots of communal space, particularly around the pool area and also individual space. Kids loved the pool, pool table and tennis table and Xbox facility. Deposit received back very quickly with no problems. Beach was great with lots of restaurants and slides for kids. we struggled to find a villa this large where you could walk to facilities and beach so we were very happy. Had a lovely week, want to go back now!
