Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the house was sun-soaked serenity with a refreshing sea breeze! The covered balcony, air-conditioned bedrooms, and proximity to the Mediterranean made it an ideal escape. The games room added a touch of fun to our unforgettable vacation.

Great Location and fantastic pool
When we were in the planning stage of our holiday, we were looking for somewhere a bit different from the usual holiday resorts, somewhere a bit quiet and ‘away from it all’ where we could relax but which was not too remote. In the end, we came across this seaside retreat and booked it. Having spent one glorious week there, we can say that it definitely recommend it!
