Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Everything was perfect. The villa was spotless, well equipped, and felt really high-end. We appreciated the welcome pack and the local tips from the agency - they made our stay so easy. Already thinking of coming back next summer.

Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday
We came for a long weekend and wished we’d booked longer. The villa had everything - comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and a great pool area. Easy to reach Calpe for restaurants but peaceful enough to fully relax. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and peaceful getaway

Spectacular views and modern comfort
The villa was stunning, bright, and spotless. The view from the terrace was honestly breathtaking, especially at sunset. We loved the pool area and spent most evenings outside. Great spot between Benissa and Calpe - peaceful but close to everything.

Fantastic villa!
My family and I recently stayed at the lovely the villa. Beautiful villa in a secluded location, providing all the comforts of home and more. The photos on the web do not do the property justice. They living area is extremely spacious and well appointed, with many extras. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large with towels provided.I would highly recommend booking your holiday at this villa you will not be dissapointed.
