Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The place provided the ideal setting for our group of friends. The well-equipped kitchen and outside dining area made it easy for us to enjoy meals together. We also appreciated the games room, adding an element of fun to our evenings. The villa's location allowed us to explore Marbella's nightlife, and the nearby beaches were a hit with our sun-seekers. Fantastic villa that excels at quality, service and location. Recommended.
We loved the look of the villa from the photo's, in reality the villa and the view are better than the photo's convey. The views from the poolside are excellent. The kitchen appliances are all Meile brand, utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery are high quality and plentiful. We love cooking and so we cooked every night including using the BBQ 3 times

Villa was beautiful! Views as you walk in are amazing and property is clean and modern throughout. Lovely to have all four bedroom ensuite. Kitchen stocked well with equipment. Air con good. TV has UK channels and wifi worked well. Lots of space around pool and fabulous areas for reading and looking at the view. Villa felt secure and instructions to find it were great.
