The villa is gated from the street with a pedestrian entrance and steps leading up to the front door on the upper floor. A driveway with space for three cars is located to one side.
Inside, there are two living areas. The first-floor conservatory-style seating area features large windows overlooking the garden and pool, with a table and chairs perfect for breakfast. On the lower floor, a larger lounge opens directly onto the pool terrace through patio doors.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This charming accommodation is the ideal villa for larger groups. The spacious interior, pool, and dining under the pergola were fantastic. We loved how close it was to shops and dining options. An all-around great vacation spot.

Wowee!!!! Fab villa
Wow. What a villa!!! I have just returned after a week with friends. The villa is amazing. The host met us and gave us a tour of the villa but it wasn't until he left you realised the size of it. If you wanted peace and quiet you could find it! The furniture and fittings were first class. The pool was lovely. The view was incredible. I just need a wee lottery win to come back !!!

Beautiful modern villa in a secluded location
We spent the last 2 weeks of August in this beautiful villa as a family of 10 and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a secluded location. The villa is exactly as the website shows, modern, spacious, clean and very well equipped, well designed and full of nice touches with wonderful views. Wi-fi works throughout the villa and we also used the dvd player each evening. The villa management are very helpful. All in all, I would definitely recommend this villa.

The Best Way of Resting
Beyond ideal. Amazing villa, with everything you could ever need for all the family. The pool is stunning and the décor inside just gorgeous. It's a great place to spend a week or two. We had a really comfortable stay in this clean, stunning villa and I would definitely come back again.
