The villa is spread over two floors with a thoughtful layout. The front door opens into a hallway, where an arch leads to a country-style kitchen. Opposite, a corridor leads to a dual-aspect double bedroom with garden views and a twin bedroom at the front of the villa. These rooms share a large en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and corner bath.
The ground floor also includes a spacious open-plan lounge with a feature fireplace and dining area, with patio doors opening onto an arched terrace overlooking the pool and garden. A wide staircase from the hallway leads to the first-floor lounge, complete with a wood-burning stove and ample seating. A further dual-aspect double bedroom with sea views and a separate shower room is accessed from the landing. Patio doors from this lounge open onto a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and beach, with an external staircase leading down to the pool and lawn.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

The holiday home was excellent. It's location right on the beach was fantastic and at all times we had total privacy. The pool was spotless and the gardens were maintained beautifully. We didn't need the Rep, butt she did turn up to check all was ok, which was really good! Probably the best holiday I have had for a number of years! Fabulous villa location and excellent customer service, very responsive and helpful staff. Overall we had a great holiday and loved the location and outside spaces, particularly the large balcony with wonderful views, the garden and pool. The customer service was excellent, as was value for money, so we would consider travelling with this travel agency in future.
