All bedrooms are ensuite and air-conditioned.
Outdoor features: The property covers over one hectare with multiple gardens, terraces made from local stones, hammocks, and relaxation areas. Guests can enjoy the infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi, with spectacular sea and mountain views. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Absolutely loved this villa! Zen interiors, spacious living areas, and stunning terraces. Pool, jacuzzi, and gardens are amazing. Celebrated a birthday here and the concierge helped with decorations and booking a chef. Loved the peace and privacy, but still close to beaches and town. A truly memorable holiday!

Ultimate Costa Brava retreat
We spent a week at Villa Josefina and couldn’t have been happier. The villa is huge but feels cozy, with beautiful Mediterranean style interiors and artworks. Each bedroom is ensuite, super comfy and AC made nights perfect. Infinity pool and jacuzzi were the highlights, plus the views over the sea and mountains are breathtaking. Loved kayaking from the villa’s private sea access. Agency was helpful before arrival and even suggested local restaurants we wouldn’t have found. Perfect for big families or friends wanting a luxury escape.

Cozy and fun!
This villa was perfect for us. The outdoor terraces are amazing, pool and jacuzzi awesome. We enjoyed ping-pong and the petanque strip. The staff helped with a private chef one night, which was fantastic.

Such a gorgeous villa! Loved waking up to the mountains and the sea every morning. The kids had so much fun with the paddle boards and canoes. Pool area is dreamy, perfect for sunsets. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway for a big group
Stayed here with 16 friends and there was room for everyone. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made mornings easy. Loved the direct sea access and all the outdoor spaces. Booking was super simple too.

Stunning villa!

Amazing stay for a large group
This villa totally blew us away. Plenty of room for all 16 of us, every bedroom ensuite, air-conditioned and super comfy. Outdoor spaces are incredible, and the infinity pool is stunning. We used the paddle boards and snorkeling gear daily. Booking through the agency was smooth, and they even helped organize some activities for us. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect mix of fun and relaxation
We stayed with extended family and it was ideal. Kids loved the ping-pong and hammocks, adults enjoyed poolside drinks with the sunset. Direct sea access made mornings special. Interiors are stylish yet comfortable. The agency arranged a private chef for one night which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend for large groups wanting a mix of adventure and chill time.
