Accommodating up to 21 guests, the estate features ten bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The main villa offers six bedrooms, including a principal suite with a super king-size bed, free-standing stone bath, walk-in shower, double wash basins, bidet, and WC. Additional bedrooms include twin and king-size rooms, some with private terraces and Balinese day beds, providing serene spaces with spectacular sea and mountain views. The villa's open-plan interior includes a stylish, fully equipped kitchen, raised lounge overlooking the dining area, and multiple seating areas designed for relaxation and socializing.
A sweeping staircase with LED mood lighting connects the villa's upper and lower levels, leading to further bedrooms and terraces. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The yurts were such a cool addition-felt like luxury glamping! The whole estate is massive, with private little hideaways everywhere. The service was amazing, booking was easy, and the concierge gave us great tips on local spots. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely spectacular
An absolutely stunning villa! Amazing mountain and ocean views. The house and grounds are vast. 7 Double bedrooms. Large swimming pool lots of shaded areas, gazebo's, hot tub, table tennis, daily housekeeping. If you want to impress then this is the place you can comfortably invite 100 people round for company and it will not seem crowded. It is a short walk to or 1 minute drive to Arrieta a relaxed little village with great mojito bar, tapas bar, oceanside seafood restaurant and great sandy beach.
