The villa's main entrance opens into a hall that flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen features an oven with induction hob and grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave, providing everything needed for self-catering. From the main hallway, four bedrooms and two shower/wet rooms with WC and sinks are easily accessible.
The master suite spans two levels, offering panoramic sea and mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows and double patio doors. The upper level has hardwood floors, a king-size bed, and access to a wood-decked terrace and sun terrace. The lower level includes a walk-in wardrobe, open-plan free-standing bath on a marble floor, shower, sink, and a further en-suite shower/wet room with a second sink and WC.
The second bedroom features twin beds with sea views, while the third and fourth bedrooms overlook the top garden. The fourth bedroom includes a double bed with an additional single top bunk, ideal for children. A shaded open-sided terrace, accessed via wide outdoor stairs, features a ping pong table, dining area, and a Moroccan-style day bed overlooking the villa's middle garden, hammock, and BBQ area.
The spacious open-plan living room is filled with natural light and offers magnificent sea views. Sliding patio doors lead to the solar-heated 8 x 4 metre pool and lava/decked terrace. From the living area, guests can access the fifth bedroom with a king-size bed and views over the chill-out pool area, as well as a fourth shower/wet room with natural skylight, WC, and sink. The sixth bedroom, ideal for teenagers or couples, is sub-terrain and accessed via a hydraulic wooden trap door from the pool area, with a king-size built-in bed and sea views.
Outdoor areas include a covered chill-out terrace with uninterrupted sea views, the solar-heated pool, and landscaped gardens. A separate laundry room with washing machine is accessible from the top garden. The villa is equipped with flat-screen TV with USB and HDMI ports, docking station, safe, and Wi-Fi.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Honestly, this villa has everything - space, views, and a great location. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy, but we also enjoyed some great meals at the local restaurants nearby. The pool was warm even in the evening, and the kids loved the ping pong table. Overall, 10/10 experience!

Wow, just WOW! Stayed here with a group of friends, and it was beyond amazing. The sea views from the master suite? Unreal. The pool area was our favorite spot, perfect for chilling with a drink. Super close to La Garita Beach, so easy access to good food & sun. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved it!
We stayed as a large family group for a week in this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect, and just adore this place. But as my kids got older, we wanted to still enjoy this perfect location, but have a bit more space to ourselves, and the this home did the trick. And some. A stunning design, it is one of those houses that made me feel as if I wish I lived here all year round. Especially the main bedroom. AMAZING! Being a single Mum there did feel like a bit of a waste, however, it is such a romantic room! With views out to the mountains and also to the sea, the sunsets and rises were so stunning, I hardly left the roof terrace. As my teenagers slept in, I went off for morning runs across the offroad tracks just beside the villa which led down to the sea, The perfect circuit at sunrise. Then dip in the pool before breakfast. Love the nearby Haria Market, the nearby shops and of course, the beach at Arrietta which is just always our favourite. My kids' favourite thing in the world is to swim out to the pier, jump off and swim back to shore. Again and again and again. And that's what we hope to do with this home as well. Go again and again and again. And i must confess, I love it so much, I almost don't want to review it, because I want to pretend it is mine, and not share it at all. It is that sort of place. Go enjoy.

Perfect. We will be back!
We are a family that likes being together but not in each other’s pocket and this seaside retreat gave us exactly what we were looking for. Every morning we were greeted by the sun rising through the panoramic window of the Master bedroom, we felt so lucky as it put a wonderful smile on my face and reminded us it was still dark and raining back home. The house is well organised so the kids can have their own bedrooms in the lower area of the house or you can be right next to each other (depending on the size of your family or party).We opted for the split arrangement but the house has a dining area that joins the two sections, so we had breakfast together every morning in the sun, to set the day off. In the evening our broadband community members chilled out for an hour or so before we either had a family meal or barbecue in the house or visited one of the excellent local restaurants. Very Impressed and ready for more.

The accommodation is truly beautiful and a real treat. The facilities the villa offers are luxurious and everything that you would need has been provided. The villa is spotless and very well maintained. The location of the villa was perfect. The views from the terraces are spectacular and passed many an hour. Caroline - Great host. Absolutely spectacular views from this place, it was clean, well laid out and easy for a two family of 10 to stay in. What can I say, we've had the best time! The rooms are lovely and spacious, the views are fantastic. Would recommend this villa for families or parties. Very clean and tidy.
