The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged across two floors to provide comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom with shower and two hand basins, alongside a guest toilet. The spacious living area includes a large lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The upper floor comprises a master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to a terrace with stunning sea views. Another bedroom with two single beds can be converted into a double if needed and also has an en-suite bathroom and access to a large terrace.
The villa is fully equipped with towels and bed linen, a baby bed and high chair on request, an iron and ironing board, and a kitchen featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, and microwave. Entertainment includes satellite TV with English channels, a radio, a DVD player, and internet access (ADSL).
Outdoors, guests can relax on the covered patio with seating and barbecue area or enjoy the heatable pool measuring 11 x 5 meters, surrounded by sun loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor shower. Parking is available directly in front of the property.
The beach at La Garita is just 1 km away, with a supermarket nearby and the town of Arrieta only 1.5 km away, offering additional amenities and restaurants. Costa Teguise Golf, bars, and pubs are also within a short drive, while Lanzarote Airport is approximately 25 km from the villa.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa is a gem! Waking up to the sea views from the upper terrace was a dream. The house is well-equipped, with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved exploring the nearby La Garita Beach and Arrieta’s charming market. The private pool was fantastic, and the whole setting was incredibly peaceful. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet serene getaway.

Tranquil paradise with stunning views
We had an unforgettable stay at the villa! The location in Tabayesco is so peaceful, and the views of the ocean from the terrace are breathtaking. The villa itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor seating area and the heated pool. A perfect retreat for relaxation!

Perfect location!!
This is a palatial home with massive space in and out.The pictures don't do it justice as it is very lovely. The hosts responded quickly to any issue and were very helpful about local sites and restaurants. It's a great location if you want to stay away from the tourist hordes and just visit those locations sporadically.

Luxury & Relaxed villa!!!
My friends and I were amazed with this villa! The house is just as beautiful as the pictures and the view was AMAZING. The villa was clean upon arrival, and the host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. We could of easily relaxed at the villa the whole time, and still enjoyed our stay in the Canary Islands. There was a ton of information at the house, including excursions, restaurants, information about the area, and more which we were able to use during our stay. Mirabel also was able to answer any of our questions regarding the villa and the area, and was always easily accessible. The villa is huge! Allowing for privacy, but also beautiful common areas to relax in. I would definitely stay here again, and I would definitely recommend to a friend!
