Accommodating up to 21 guests, the estate features ten bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The main villa offers six bedrooms, including a principal suite with a super king-size bed, free-standing stone bath, walk-in shower, double wash basins, bidet, and WC. Additional bedrooms include twin and king-size rooms, some with private terraces and Balinese day beds, providing serene spaces with spectacular sea and mountain views. The villa's open-plan interior includes a stylish, fully equipped kitchen, raised lounge overlooking the dining area, and multiple seating areas designed for relaxation and socializing.

A sweeping staircase with LED mood lighting connects the villa's upper and lower levels, leading to further bedrooms and terraces. Yurts include walk-in shower rooms with stone washbasins and separate WCs. The stand-alone yurt has a super king bed with a single bed and an alfresco living area with a second fully equipped kitchen, while the other two yurts share a lounge area with sofas, breakfast bar, drinks fridge, and tea/coffee facilities leading to private shower/WC rooms. The Garden Bedroom offers a king-size bed, walk-in shower, WC, and private terrace.

Outdoor spaces provide multiple terraces, sun loungers, shaded gazebos, BBQ areas, and alfresco dining setups. The solar-heated main pool measures 4m x 10m, complemented by a children's pool, hot tub, and pool table, ping pong table, and expansive decking areas surrounded by mature gardens with tropical and native plants.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
