The villa sits within a large, enclosed plot with off-road parking for several cars, including a pergola-covered space. Twelve steps from the entrance hall lead to the main lounge, which opens into the dining area with double doors leading to the upper terrace. Another set of doors provides access to the terrace above the summer kitchen, complete with table, chairs, and an external shower. Spiral stairs descend to the pool area and summer kitchen, which features a large oven, five-ring gas hob, fridge, freezer, and a gas BBQ, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
The accommodation is arranged over multiple levels to offer comfort and privacy. On the main floor, there is a double bedroom with dressing area and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a separate bathroom with WC, and a second double bedroom with dressing area and open-plan en suite shower room. The ground floor hosts a twin bedroom with en suite cloakroom, a double bedroom with sitting area, dressing area, and en suite shower room. Outdoor terraces provide several seating areas and a dining suite for 10, with steps leading down to the lawns and pool terrace.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
My family and I absolutely loved our holiday, the villa was absolutely superb - even better than the photos. Grounds and pool perfect for the little children. Everything so well appointed and great to have both indoor and outdoor space for sitting, eating, etc., the outdoor kitchen is superb, we used it for every meal we were at the villa apart from breakfast. In fact we never ate out in the evenings as we expected to do since it was so relaxing after getting the children to bed to have a drink and cook and eat at the villa. It was a real feature of the holiday and a must-have for future ones! The villa had everything one could have wished - very classy bathrooms, furniture and fittings, etc. All in all, we were delighted with the holiday, lots of places to go and lovely beaches for the little ones but really it was all about the villa which we loved and didn't want to leave.

We thought the villa was superb!
The villa was extremely spacious, on a large plot and in a very quiet area which really suited us. The outside kitchen was a real bonus as we've never experienced this before and we loved the pool and outside seating areas. All in all it was everything we had hoped for and more. Views from villa fantastic, as expected.

The villa was very pretty and the layout was lovely - perfect for us as we have both teenagers & young children. Overall our holiday was wonderful. The villa location and standard was very good. The weather was mostly ideal and Javea in itself is a wonderful place for a short holiday.

Superb villa
Superb villa, we enjoyed the outside kitchen in particular. One of our party is disabled but he found the villa easy to get around with help and used the ground floor bedroom. Wonderful setting and views.
