The villa is approached via a gated lane leading to a driveway with ample parking. An impressive porch with two steps opens into a grand entrance hallway, with a galleried landing above. On the ground floor, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom sit to the left of the hallway, while a double bedroom with en suite shower and another twin bedroom, both with patio doors overlooking the pool and grounds, are located opposite.
Double doors from the hallway open into a spacious lounge and dining area, with two sets of patio doors leading to a covered terrace that spans the full width of the villa. Adjacent to the dining space, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for meal preparation and features doors leading to the side of the villa and back to the dining area.
Upstairs, the galleried landing leads to a further double bedroom with patio doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool. This bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with separate shower and a dressing room.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The accommodation is perfect for families and groups of 8 plenty of open space and more than enough facilities for everyone. Very modern feel to the villa with all the right facilities you need. The location is great. The landlord is very helpful and easily contactable.

Perfect familty friendly private villa
Had a fabulous week with our 3 sons (aged 9,17 & 20) in this amazing villa! Plenty of space both inside & out for us all ! The pool table was a great attraction for everybody. Wi-Fi keep the kids entertained. Would love to return next year.

Amazing villa
The villa is very spacious and the layout is spot on for couples. The pool is warm and enjoyed by all. Throughout the villa is clean and everything you need is there. Close to the spar shop and onsite pool, which is amazing! The views are spectacular and the villa is very private and not over looked. Added bonus of the pool table! We will 100% be back again. The best holiday!
The villa was very nice, very expensive, so it was what we expected. The villa was set in a fabulous location with a mountain backdrop. It was spotless and very well maintained. The whole family reaction was that we wished we could stay forever. We would certainly book again.
