Set on the slopes of Montgo Mountain in Javea, this impressive 5-bedroom villa provides a luxurious holiday retreat for up to 10 guests. Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, the property features a large private heated pool, a summer kitchen, and multiple terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The old town, main centre of Javea, a selection of cafes, bars, shops, restaurants, and Arenal Beach are all just a short drive away, making this villa both peaceful and conveniently located.

The villa sits within a large, enclosed plot with off-road parking for several cars, including a pergola-covered space. Twelve steps from the entrance hall lead to the main lounge, which opens into the dining area with double doors leading to the upper terrace. Another set of doors provides access to the terrace above the summer kitchen, complete with table, chairs, and an external shower. Spiral stairs descend to the pool area and summer kitchen, which features a large oven, five-ring gas hob, fridge, freezer, and a gas BBQ, perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
