Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This is a fabulous villa, and very well equipped for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It is spotless, well maintained, very private and quiet. Bev was fantastic and welcoming! It was easy to book, communication with the property manager was prompt and clear. You won't be disappointed!!!

An absolutely superb retreat-beautifully presented and well equipped. The surroundings are stunning, and the views are breathtaking. This property provided everything we hoped for, and more-we simply couldn't fault it.
the accommodation is well positioned to enjoy everything Puerto Andratx has to offer, and the route to Palma and the rest of the island is quick and easy. Every room is well proportioned and finished to a very high standard, with quality fixtures, fittings, and furniture throughout. The air conditioning throughout the home works brilliantly, which was a real advantage in July/August. The pool, like the rest of the property, is immaculate, and the views are among the best on the island. This home provided the perfect holiday property for our extended family. If we holiday in Mallorca again, we wouldn't want to book anywhere else.
