Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Best villa we’ve ever rented!!
This place is pure luxury! Everything from the high-end decor to the massive pool felt straight out of a dream. The location is top - quiet, but still close to everything. The media room was a hit with the kids, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also, gotta mention how easy the booking process was - the agency made sure everything was seamless, from transfers to restaurant bookings. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Great for a group getaway!
We stayed as a group of 8, and it was perfect - plenty of space, stunning outdoor area, and the private pool was the highlight. Loved the outdoor dining setup, and the BBQ was a nice touch! The town is really cute, lots of nice places to eat, and the concierge gave us some great local tips. Also, booking was smooth, and the team was super helpful. Definitely worth it!
