You enter the foyer of the villa on the top floor: from here you can access the other levels, as well as the two expansive master bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom, dressing room and terrace. On the right, to the south of the grounds, a further bedroom overlooks the sea, which also has its own bathroom and terrace.
The terrace level also accommodates the spa area with its fitness equipment, sauna and lounge as well as its own WC and shower. Two of the six bedrooms are also to be found on this floor. The lowest level houses an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and terrace.
Indoors blends seamlessly into outdoors on the expansive terraces of the main floor. The grandiose sea view is also visible from the living room and dining room. The dining table accomodates 12 people. The villas own winery stores a fine selection of red wines.
The terrace level also accommodates the spa area with its fitness equipment, sauna and lounge as well as its own WC and shower. Guests can enjoy a perfect view of the sunset - and across to Ibiza.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of 14 had the pleasure of staying at this luxury retreat in Port Andratx, and it was truly a luxurious experience. This elegant home in Port Andratx exceeded our expectations. The 7-bedroom villa, set on a generous plot, was a true oasis of luxury and tranquility. Unforgettable Retreat in Port Andratx
This luxury retreat in Port Andratx was the perfect retreat for our group of 14. The villa's 7 bedrooms, spacious living areas, and multiple amenities, including a large heated pool, spa, and gym, ensured a comfortable and luxurious stay. Very comfortable villa!

Superb villa in beautiful surroundings!!!
From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the villa staff!! They showed us around this superb property with stunning views of the surrounding sea & coast. Everything in the villa was perfect it was very well equipped and kept clean by the cleaners who visited 3 times to clean & change towels and on the middle visit they changed all the bedding which i thought was an excellent touch. All in all this was a great experience. Great Holiday and Great villa !!

Absolutely stunning!
The photos of the property cannot describe the feel of the place on arrival. Breathtaking, the property location and views are second to none and the villa is immaculate. This must be what it is like being a celebrity. Both my children 14 and 12 were blown away by this stunning accommodation their cool mum had booked :). We stayed in late June and the weather was fantastic. The heated pool at the villa was excellent, both the boys did make a splash a couple of times. Safe, private and quiet location...amazing holiday!

Excellent first class villa
The villa was exactly as described on the website. Beautiful inside and out it was like a home from home. The villa was very clean and tidy. Pool area and gardens were very well maintained. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged through the agent. This I would recommend as the service was excellent.
