With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across its spacious interior. The exterior is equally impressive, featuring two private swimming pools-one measuring 7m x 3m and the other 22m x 3m-along with a Jacuzzi, a heated pool, a plunge pool, expansive terraces, a barbecue, and multiple areas for dining and relaxation. Sun loungers, outdoor lounge furniture, and covered terraces provide ideal spots to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate.
Inside, contemporary elegance is evident throughout. The minimalist grey walls and white marble floors are complemented by black and white furnishings accented with bright red touches. The ground floor includes a living room with sofas, Astra Satellite TV, DVD player, and terrace access, alongside two bedrooms with king-size beds that can be configured as twins, each featuring air conditioning, safe boxes, dressing rooms, terrace access, and en-suite shower rooms. A small corner with a fridge, Nespresso machine, and kettle adds convenience.
The first floor mirrors the ground floor layout with an additional living area, kitchen corner, and two further bedrooms with similar amenities, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
On the second floor, a large living room with sofas, Astra Satellite TV, Sonos sound system, and a dining table for eight to ten creates an inviting space for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, double fridge freezer, air-conditioned wine rack, fruit squeezer, Nespresso machine, mixer, toaster, and water heater. An adjoining multipurpose room accessible from the outside features a ping-pong table, seating for 14, music area, and an outside toilet. A laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is conveniently located at the back of the kitchen, complemented by a guest bathroom.
The top floor houses two more bedrooms with king-size beds (convertible to twins), dressing rooms, air conditioning, safe boxes, terrace access, and en-suite shower rooms, offering privacy and stunning views from above.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of ten rented the villa for a birthday trip and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Waking up surrounded by pine-covered hills and that wide horizon over the sea was something else. We used the upper-floor living room most nights because the Sonos system and big terrace made it perfect for slow dinners and long chats. One evening the agency arranged a private chef for us and we ate outside while the sky turned orange over the forest. The multipurpose room downstairs became our hangout spot when we wanted something fun-ping-pong tournaments, music on low, doors open to the garden. Beaches like Cala Conta and Cala Tarida were an easy drive, but most days we stayed home since between the heated pool, the long narrow pool, the jacuzzi and all the terraces, there was always a quiet corner to hide in. The whole booking process was super easy and communication stayed great the entire stay.

So much space for our group of 12
We came as three families and the house layout worked so well. Each floor felt like its own little apartment, so everyone had privacy. Kids loved switching between the big lap-style pool and the plunge pool while adults chilled in the jacuzzi area. One day we drove to Cala Bassa and spent hours in the shallow clear water there. Agency helped us with a simple check-in and even arranged a grocery drop, which saved us the first morning.

Relaxing stay with amazing terraces
We spent most afternoons moving between the different terraces because each had its own vibe. The heated pool was great in the evenings. Went to Cala Salada twice since it was really close and perfect for a calm swim.

Incredible hillside spot
Stayed here with friends and honestly the views over the pines were unreal. Even mornings felt special with that quiet breeze. Loved the smaller pool area for quick dips.

We had an excellent stay at the villa! It is even bigger in person- the photos don't do it justice. Absolutely loved the pool area with the massive lounge, so beautiful place. Was so great having plenty of room for everyone to stay and each have some privacy with the 6 bedrooms and so many bathrooms! Everyone really enjoyed the stay. The extras in the kitchen came in handy too- drinks, condiments and sauces etc. And all the beach towels were great for using the pool.

This villa was the perfect place for holidays with our best friends. There is Room enough to stay here with 12 adults. A big kitchen, a graet living room and the perfect garden, with pool will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Several terraces and balconys allow you to have also some time alone. There is nothing to be desired. The house, the garden, the pool, the great view and of course the family wich owne this villa.
