Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stunning sea views and the most beautiful sunset without having to be jostles in the many sunset bars (not to mention the G&T we made ourselves is way cheaper & better !), Most rooms also have a sea view so you wake up to the most spectacular views from the moment you wake until the moment you collapse back into bed (Super comfy by the way) We were a little concerned when we booked that the pool was shaded at some times during the day but there is plenty of space in the sun, and actually getting in the pool was a welcome break from the scorching sun ! We've rented many villa in Ibiza and this one is way up there with the best of them. Thank you for the recommendation

Perfect Ibiza Getaway
We were blown away by our stay at this getaway Elefant. The villa's design is impeccable, and it's obvious that every detail was considered. Spectacular Seaside Retreat
This retreat Elefant was a true seaside gem! The incredible sea and sunset views from the second-floor living area were simply unforgettable. The villa’s unique design, spread over four levels, made it stand out, and each bedroom, complete with its own terrace, offered comfort and privacy. Our stay at this hideaway Elefant was nothing short of spectacular. The stunning sunset views from the roof terrace left us in awe every evening.
