Surrounding the villa are Mediterranean and vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and organic herbs, all set within a secluded plot offering complete privacy. The villa's restoration blends high-quality modern amenities with a rustic, homely style, including Balinese fittings, decorative tiles, unusual artworks, and wooden beams. Flower gardens, cacti, and natural surroundings create a serene environment.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked the villa for a mixed friends-and-family trip and it turned out even better than expected. Mornings were slow: someone would make coffee in the big kitchen, others wandered through the vegetable garden picking tomatoes and figs. The master bedroom’s huge terrace became our evening hangout spot, with sea views stretching all the way across the horizon. We had a private chef one night, arranged through the agency, and ate under the wooden pergola while the garden lights came on. The rustic décor, the quiet pine-covered hills and that long pool made it hard to leave. We also explored nearby Cala Salada and spent an afternoon in Ibiza Town, but most days we stayed in because the villa had everything-space, privacy and a really peaceful vibe.

Perfect mix of rustic charm and comfort
Came as a group of ten and the house felt super generous in space. The wooden beams and Balinese touches gave it such a warm atmosphere. I liked that every bedroom had easy access to the gardens or terraces, so everyone found their own place to chill. We tried San Antonio one evening for dinner and sunset, then came back to the villa for a late dip in the big pool. Agency had arranged a smooth check-in and even showed us how to fence the pool since we had kids with us.

Calm stay with great outdoor spaces
Stayed with family and really enjoyed how many little corners the villa had. One morning I picked herbs from the garden for breakfast, then we drove to Cala Salada for a quick swim. Nights on the shaded terrace were our favorite, just chatting and relaxing.

Amazing villa
Beautiful and peaceful place to spend time with your friends and family. We were having our 30th birthday with a group of 10 people. Big pool and all the facilities we expected. We got a catering to make dinners and the package included daytime cleaning, which made it easy for us. I can warmly recommend! Amazing place!

What a stunning villa!
I am very impressed with the quality and high standard. The housekeeper had perfectly timed our arrival with a champagne reception for my friend's 33th birthday. The pool, manicured garden and attention to detail made our trip one we will always remember. Close to local shops, supermarkets and the port I would definitely stay again. Exceptional value for money. Would I book again...absolutely!
