Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at This holiday spotudino was serene. The heated pool was a highlight. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and found everything we needed nearby. A big thanks to the property manager for the great recommendations. We'll be back!

A Relaxing Family Escape
Just returned from our fantastic vacation at The villaudino in Costa Teguise. The whole family enjoyed the heated pool and cozy interiors. The property manager was so helpful in arranging a private chef, making our evenings truly special. Highly recommend it!

What a wonderful place
The accommodation was terrific and the location was great as well. We spent a lot of time in the pool and out and about in restaurants near by. We hope to be back soon! I must apologize to Mirabel about the lateness of our review. I thought my wife wrote one and she thought I did the same. You guys are fantastic!
