Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our family of seven stayed at this getaway, and it was absolutely perfect. Each bedroom having its own ensuite was a great touch, and the extra single bed in one of the rooms worked well for our child. The villa was spotless and well-equipped, and the pool was warm and inviting. We loved how close we were to Aquapark Costa Teguise and the Sunday market in Teguise. A fantastic holiday home in a fantastic location!

Luxurious and relaxing stay
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished. We spent most of our time outside on the terrace, either in the heated pool or enjoying the ocean views. The beaches nearby were perfect for swimming, and we had some great meals at local restaurants just a short walk away. Can’t wait to return to this little piece of paradise!

Dream villa with breathtaking views
The house is everything you could want in a holiday rental! The setting is stunning, with uninterrupted sea views from multiple rooms. The living area and bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the outdoor space is simply fantastic. The location is great-close to everything but still peaceful. We especially loved morning walks along the coastline and relaxing by the pool. Already planning our next visit!

Absolutely fantastic
Well what can I say!! 5 stars just isn't enough!! It's hard to find the words to describe how amazing this luxury villa really is, the views are just absolutely breathtaking. On arrival you are greeted by the lovely Mirabel who makes you feel at ease and gives you a tour of the property. The high quality finish and layout is perfect for families or couples, it is extremely quiet and has everything you need for comfortable living. There is free Wi-fi which is great for kids who want their creature comforts watching the amazing sun set. The pool is clean and big enough for all the family to enjoy. There is a laundry room fully equip for washing and drying clothes. There is also a supermarket just around the corner which is so convenient for fresh produce and fine wine and there are plenty of amazing restaurants for you to try. Our holiday was just perfect, we have already booked again for next year from the amazing villa to the breathtaking views what more could you ask for! If you haven't already booked your holiday then this one should definitely be on your list.

February Escape
We really enjoyed our r&r in Lanzarote and the opportunity to get a quick hit of sunshine. We appreciated the extra touches provided like the beach towels and the basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival. Fully equipped and great location. Hopefully we may be back at some time in the future.

Everything you need for a perfect holiday, you will find in the Rincon. It`s a total the best location of Costa Tequise. The House is clean, all facilities are in good condition, and the property was really well maintained. We would recommend this property all our friends. Thanks for a perfect holiday!
