Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Seaside Bliss in Costa Teguise
Our stay at the rental was simply amazing. Situated 20 meters above sea level, the villa offers breathtaking views. We are 6 girlfriends who try and get away every year for a week . We have stayed in many villas in Lanzarote, but this one is at the top of the list. Perfect villa
We found the villa exactly as advertised and was extremely neat and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities to allow us to have an ideal holiday. Local shops/food stores were a ten minute walk as were some excellent restaurants both local Costa Tequise. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and has a wonderful view out to the sea. The host could not have been more helpful and I would have no hesitation in giving this property a high recommendation to anyone who asked for an opinion
