The upper level features three well-appointed bedrooms: a cozy room with two single beds, a second room with a single bed, extra bed, and desk, and a master bedroom with a double bed opening onto a furnished terrace overlooking the sea. Two modern bathrooms with showers provide convenience for all guests.
On the ground floor, the inviting living room opens to a dining area and terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space. The fully equipped independent kitchen meets all cooking needs, while a guest cloakroom adds practicality.
Amenities include air conditioning (hot and cold), radiators, linen and towels, and a cot. Entertainment options feature Satellite TV (Canal +), DVD player, Wi-Fi, stereo, CD player, and an iPod docking station. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The place was exactly what we needed! The pool & jacuzzi were our fave spots to chill after a day at the beach. The location is spot on-5 min walk to shops & restaurants, plus close to the golf course (my husband loved that!). Also, huge thanks to the concierge team for helping us plan a surprise birthday dinner. Made our trip even more special!

Just wow!!
Stayed here with my family (4 adults, 2 kids) and it was amazing! The villa is beautifully decorated, super clean, and had all the comforts of home. Loved the terrace in the master bedroom-perfect spot for morning coffee with ocean views! ???? Also, big shoutout to the team for the welcome pack… such a nice touch! Booking was a breeze, and they even gave us some great local tips. We’ll be back for sure!

We had such a chill time here! The villa is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you need. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all the gadgets, and the pool was a dream. Super close to the beach too! Would def recommend.

Stunning views & perfect location!
Wow!! The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the ocean every morning was priceless. ???? The villa was super clean, and the private pool with the jacuzzi? Just perfect for a relaxing evening. We stayed for a week, and everything was smooth-from the booking to check-in. The team was super helpful, even arranged a car rental for us. 100% would book again!

Excellent Accomodation
We all had an excellent week at this lovely villa, which is very well furnished and well equipped. The private pool which is heated is wonderful and there is a pool table and table tennis table to use if you so require. The views are lovely, and I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to relax and read, enjoy family company and come back refreshed. We did not want to come home, it was everything we wanted and more.

Absolutely beautiful
What an amazing place. Absolutely beautiful. The pool was maintained daily. Caroline was an amazing host and helpful in every possible way. The villa is beautiful. I went with 5 ladies for our annual get away. We never left the villa in 5 days other than to go to the supermarket. There was no need as we had everything. We had space for everyone to enjoy a few drinks, cook, relax, sleep, chat, laugh all day and night without getting in each others way. Every one of us loved it. So impressive. I definitely recommend booking this place.
