Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at the property last year and loved it so much we had to come back! The location is just unbeatable - close to the beach, shops, and even the golf course! ????️♂️ the villa is super cozy, and the heated pool makes all the difference. Big thanks to the team for making our stay so easy again! Can’t wait for round three!

Great place for a chill holiday!
Loved the outdoor space - plenty of sunbeds, a great pool, and a nice BBQ area. Inside, everything was clean and comfy, and having air conditioning was a huge plus! The beach was just a short walk away, and we found some awesome little restaurants nearby. Definitely a top pick for a relaxed getaway!

Fantastic villa & excellent service!
From booking to check-in, everything was seamless! The agency was super helpful, even arranged our airport transfer. The villa itself? Just perfect - comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, and that pool… we basically lived in it! Also loved the BBQ area for chill evenings. Would def book again!
