Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The rental is in a fantastic spot, overlooking the golf course and just a short drive to the beach. The area is quiet, but still close to shops and restaurants. The villa itself was modern, well-maintained, and had a real homey feel. Would highly recommend!

Amazing family holiday!
This villa was ideal for our family trip. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was really comfortable. Plus, having four bathrooms was super convenient! Great location too, close to everything we needed.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
The villa was exactly what we needed for a peaceful break. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor area, and close to great restaurants and the beach. The pool was warm and perfect for evening swims. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic villa & a wonderful holiday, We didn't want to go home!!
What a wonderful stay!. The villa has everything you need for a perfect & relaxing stay.The pool towels were great as it saved us packing too many towels.The pool & terrace's were so relaxing & had a choice where to sit. The loungers were so comfortable too. The view's were amazing & loved sitting out on the terrace every morning having a cuppa. The bbq was great for when we didn't want to venture out to eat in the evening.
