Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

New villa with All the Comforts You Need
Our stay at The rentaltancia was fantastic. The villa is brand new and equipped with all the comforts we needed. Being right on the Elba Palace Golf Course was a unique experience. We enjoyed the spacious living area and the convenience of the nearby beach and commercial center. The private heated pool, billiards, and darts provided ample entertainment. The views from the sunny roof terrace were breathtaking. It was a memorable and comfortable vacation.

Perfect Getaway with Stunning Golf Course Views
The rentaltancia provided us with a perfect getaway. The villa's location on the Elba Palace Golf Course was ideal for our group of seven and a baby. A Relaxing Retreat on Elba Palace Golf Course
Our stay at The placetancia was a truly relaxing retreat. The villa is brand new and offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. We were enchanted by the tranquil location right on the Elba Palace Golf Course. The property's open living area is inviting, and the nearby beach and Atlantico Commercial Centre provided plenty of entertainment options. Just spent our 14 day holiday in the beautiful This spacious villatancia, as soon as you walk in to it you can see the very high standard of it throughout all the rooms. Very comfortable living area with the bedrooms also lovely and with more than enough room for all of us to move around in. Outside is no less impressive with more than ample seating area and the lovely pool.
